Bílý jeřáb offers not only a pleasant environment and chance to buy tea and accessories, but also arranges lectures and degustations to the public. For professionals in the tea branch and gastronomy we offer training and consultancy.

Guided tea degustation
We arrange degustations with various focuses - a form of professional or popular educational lectures.

Guided degustation led by a tea specialist (for a group of 8 people)
(two hours CZK 1900,- + price of tested teas, each additional initiated hour + CZK 450,-)

  • Degustations are held in the Bílý jeřáb tearoom, other locations are possible after an agreement in a corresponding environment
  • In the case when degustation is held at your location or event, traveling over Prague is free of charge, outside Prague we charge 7 CZK / km
  • For the participants there is a possibility to purchase teas tasted at a discounted price
  • The calculation above is for a group of up to 8 persons, each additional person + CZK 150,-

Services for gastronomy
In cooperation with your sommeliers we select suitable kinds of tea with a focus on pairings with food in your offer

  • Selection of teas from our assortment with respect to a focus of your company
  • Creating of your tea menu (information about teas and their characteristics + possibility to edit a graphic design of menu)
  • Training of personnel (basic information about chosen teas, their geographical origin and technique of preparation)
  • Thematic training (two hours CZK 2200,- , each additional initiated hour + CZK 450,-)
  • Traveling over Prague is free of charge, outside Prague we charge 7 CZK / km

For your event we provide a complete tea service tailored to the requirements and possibilities.

Consultancy for professionals
If you plan opening your own business or a tearoom, our tea team will prepare for you the ideal portfolio of tea, train your personnel and help with the project realization.
